I have an old trailer that was left outside in the sun for the last few years. Because of the UV the bunk carpet deteriorated to the point where the wood is showing. I thought I'd reinstall new carpet and breathe new life into this trailer, which is why I placed an order for this carpet replacement roll. This particular role was quite a bit wider than I needed so I need to do some trimming after I wrapped the plywood and stapled the bunk carpeting place. The material itself is a little bit on the thinner side but when wet I think it provides a good surface for the boat to slide on. I'll have to see how long this lasts and depending on that I'll make adjustments on this review.
