Two form-fitting and separate styrofoam packing molds held the bamboo and porcelain pieces securely, preventing damage. There are lots of entertaining possibilities with this beautifully crafted eco-friendly bamboo and porcelain set. The set includes a plum-blossom shaped porcelain dish with 6 separate compartments. The round bamboo Lazy Susan has a groove to hold the dish securely when the Lazy Susan spins. The set can be used 3 ways - with the bamboo Lazy Susan or porcelain serving dish separately, or with the two in combination as the set was designed. My favorite uses of the set are (1) an Ice Cream Sundae party condiments tray with candies, fruits, and other toppings, and (2) an Olive variety tray and (3) veggies and dip serving tray. * Can be the focal point of a party table and a gathering spot. * Separate pieces allow for creative arrangements. * Easy to set up with dish sections that hold 1/2 cup of food each. * Attractive Plum Blossom dish measures 9.6” x 9.6” x 1.6”. * Natural Bamboo base measures 11” in diameter. * The two units together measure 2.5” in height. * A smooth-spinning round plastic base is attached to the bottom center of the bamboo base with a single screw. * The Lazy Susan rotates evenly and quietly under normal conditions. From prior experience, inquisitive kids may be inclined to seek higher speeds!
* Displays a wide variety of foods – fruits, veggies, cheese cubes, meats, crackers, etc. * Smooth plastic spinning rim protects counter and table tops.
