The product arrived in a plastic Amazon bag. The box was ripped and crushed. Some of the pods were crushed as well but were usable. The product itself is very good. Great flavor.

Smooth. I wasn't sure what to expect but got it due to all the rave reviews - and they were right! This is really excellent coffee with absolutely no bitterness or anything I have to mask with extra cream, etc. The blueberry is there but it's not slapping with chemical flavor, it's a beautiful smooth and natural accent that pairs unexpectedly well.
