I bought this little gem for my wifes Truck. I am amazed at the video quality of the front camera. The 4K level of encoding really makes a difference over 1080P. The image on my phone is crisp and clear. I can actually read license plates if you're not too far back. The rear camera Is a help too. Fortunately, we have not encountered an event that requires us to actually use rear cam footage. That is 1080P. However, from the rear the threat would be different and 4K resolution is not really necessary. This unit was absolutely simple to install. If you use the rear camera, then you'll have some work to hide the wire that runs from it to the front unit. Even that would not be a lot of work. The unit connected to my phone quickly and easily. The video screen on the front unit is adequate in size, but the phone video is much better in size...especially if you need to show it to a trooper or insurance. I've had several dash cameras and this one is by far the most rugged and expensive feeling. It's not made of cheap thin plastic. The housing has an expensive feel to it. Much better feel than cameras costing more. The GPS unit on the camera is a nice touch and works well. Seems very accurate. I would easily buy this camera again because of all the options it has that are normally only available on more expensive cameras. Easy to install, awesome resolution, easy app and sync with your phone...great price, great options.....it's a no brainer...buy it!!! ... show more

I really appreciate how they provide you with a 32gb SD card. That's more than enough storage b/c it loops anyways and rewrites the old video recording. The stickiness is great, and keeps the camera stable and connected to your window. The cord is the perfect length to run it around the side of the car + door to keep it out of the view of the driver, making it very sleek. Sometimes, I totally forget that the dashcam is even there anymore! Overall, super easy install, good camera quality, and great bang for your buck. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

You get what you pay for. I'm generally happy with the price I paid for this. If you're expecting a top of the line unit this is not for you. After I got it set up I can generally set and forget it. If there's a video I want to view at a later time it is quite easy to view on your PC. Here are the drawbacks. The 32 gb card is way too small. I purchased a 256 gb which is large enough. The instructions are very poor and I still don't know about some of the settings, although it seems to work well. The front video is terrific. The rear video is so poor that I can't read the license plate of a vehicle stopped directly behind me, and the rear view is backwards. The inside video is not needed because it only looks at the center seat in the back. I didn't want to spend a lot, and for our purpose of having a dash cam this was sufficient. ... show more

This Dash Camera is great! Great video quality, very easy to set-up and it functions very well. If you want to record your forward and inside vehicle views while driving and your vehicle needs a back-up camera, then this camera is great for you! It's a great product at a great price. My only reservation is that the picture presented in the Amazon ad (above) led me to believe that I could record all three camera views while driving. The only time I was able to see the rear camera view on the screen was when I put my shifter in "R"everse. From what I can tell, the rear view camera is only for parking. I was only able to view two cameras (the front and inside cameras) while driving. In the ad above, it shows three views at once, which led me to believe that you could record all three cameras while driving, but I wasn't able to get the three views at the same time. The picture of the screen in the Amazon ad (above) is a little bit deceptive. ... show more

The camera records in full HD, providing crystal clear footage, even in low-light conditions, which is essential for night driving or early morning commute. Installation and Setup: Installation was straightforward, with all necessary tools and instructions included. It took me about 20 minutes to get everything set up, including hiding the cables for a clean look. The 3M Tape mount holds firm, even on bumpy roads, and the cam stays securely in place. Video Quality: The video quality is outstanding, with a wide-angle lens capturing a broad view of the road ahead. The 4K resolution ensures that license plates and road signs are easily readable. The camera also features WDR (Wide Dynamic Range), which balances out light and dark areas in the footage, making sure no details are lost in shadows or bright sunlight.
