  • Tricky to install but work great.
Color: Black Size: One Size
It did not occur to me how tricky they would be to install if you are OCD like myself. I had to use rulers and weights to try to get them lined up just right. That's just me. I have them placed across the middle of my board and one more for visual effect elsewhere. They work great. I have had NO ISSUES with my boot slipping no matter where I place it. And they look pretty cool. Rather than a big chunk of Plastic/rubber in one spot. ... show more

  • Best stomp pad I have ever had
Color: Black Size: One Size
As long as you put some time in prepping this product the right way it is the best stomp pad you can get! It took me some time to figure out the way I wanted the diamonds placed on my board, but once I did I was extremely happy with it. Follow the directions it comes with! I ended up buying 2 sets of these due to the type of look I wanted. I followed the directions exactly as they stated. I used a ruler and pencil and stenciled out the design layout I wanted and then placed each piece on my board. It came out amazing! They are perfect. They sit up nice and high to allow maximum grip on your board without allowing snow to interfere. Even sticky snow doesn’t stand a chance. This is without a doubt the best stomp pad I have ever had, and it’s the best looking. As long as you follow the directions, heat your board and the diamonds with a blow dryer, clean your board with rubbing alcohol, and allow 24 hours for diamonds to cure with weight added, it will last! I cleaned the board with rubbing alcohol. I drew out a grid where I wanted the diamonds placed on my board. I used a hair dryer to heat the board and diamonds. I then placed each diamond in place after heating them one by one. I then put a piece of wood on top of them that covered them all. On top of that wood I placed weights that totaled 95lbs. I let it sit for 24 hours before I removed it. These things are stuck on for good! They actually feel like they’re part of the board. Highly recommended! I added a picture which shows the grid I drew. Just remember...if you want the most out of this stomp pad you must put the time and effort into prepping it the right way. ... show more

  • Perfect!
Color: Black Size: One Size
These are great stomp pad studs! Easy to apply and they stay on. I decided to use one pack for two boards, using only 4 studs per board (I like the plain/lowkey look). Works as advertised and look cool!

  • Great alternative to a whole stomp pad
Color: Black Size: One Size
They were easy to apply and stayed on my board with no issues after 2 days of snowing conditions. Really like how lowkey these are compared to a whole stomp pad

  • Good but not right for me
Color: Black Size: One Size
I bought these because I wanted something to blend into my board but provide traction for skating. They were easy to install and looked good on my board. However, when skating I never felt comfortable with the traction of these spikes. I ultimately decided to buy another Dakine clear stomp pad and cut that into strips. I guess because that has the plastic base it sticks up higher and makes it easier to grip into my boot. Nothing wrong with this item, I think it just came down to personal preference. ... show more

  • Great buy
Color: Black Size: One Size
I've had them on for about 5 trips now and no issues. They work great, not too big and not too small. They adhere really well so be sure you lay them out where you want them before putting them in place.

  • Exactly what I needed to stop embarrassing myself on the ski lift
Color: Black Size: One Size
I made the mistake of pasting them slightly too far from my back binding so I still embarrass myself sometimes on ski lifts but I plan on buying another pack to enlarge the stomp pad area. I can only guess that the people putting them on did not follow the directions, as I have gone snowboarding 4-5 times this season using the stomp pad and have had absolutely ZERO problems with them falling off. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. You cant just stick them on and expect them to stay when you stomp on them with heavy boots in freezing, wet conditions. The directions say something like this: 1. Clean and dry the area of the board the stomp pad will be applied too (they will NOT stick nearly as well if there is dirt or dust between the adhesion surface and the board) 2. Use a blow dryer and heat the area of the board AND the stomp pad (this is to activate the sticky area to allow for a stronger adhesion) 3. Apply the stomp pad to the warm, dry, and clean area. (Make SURE you have mapped out the studs to where you want. I’m a little anal and wish I had done this since i have a less than perfect diamond) 4. Press down the stomp pad for maybe 30 seconds (the pressure helps to secure the sticky area to the board) 5. Let cool at room temperature. I would recommend doing it the day before going snowboarding to allow ample time for adhesion. ... show more

  • Less lame than other stop pads
Color: Black Size: One Size
Stomp pads are not cool, I know. Could I get by without one? Yes. But after riding 2 seasons without one I have gone back to using a stomp pad. I like the ease they provide, and it’s nice to scrape the snow off my boot. These studs allow you to use only as many as you want, and you can place them for the best integration with your board’s graphics. Yes, stomp pads are lame. These studs are more discrete (thus less lame) than other stomp pads. Highly recommend for intermediate or better riders looking for a little bit of traction without looking like too much of a noob on the mountain. ... show more
