For reference, I got the XL. I am 5’4” 165 pounds. It drapes just slightly on the floor when barefoot (I am barefoot in the photos.). The dress is stretchy (except the center ribbon) and comfortable. The center ribbon is very slightly stretchy, not much. The back has a zipper. The material flows nicely. The size is just a tad on the smaller side of ‘true to size’. TIP: Get a really good skin-toned bra! You will see the straps through the lace if it isn’t a good match or you can do clear straps. I’ll definitely get a better bra for when I wear this or maybe shape wear. I like this dress and it would even make a nice bridesmaid’s dress. ... show more

I was really excited to get this dress as I have a formal event that I wanted to wear this to. I do like the top lace part as well as the length but overall the dress to me looks a little cheap and frumpy. You definitely need a steamer as it is completely wrinkled right out of the bag. The waist/rib section is tight and there is zero give so if you have a large chest or a larger ribcage be aware of this. Overall, it's lightweight has a great length to it but feels more like a novelty dress or casual style dress. Not my favorite formal piece. ... show more

I got this for a cruise my husband and I are planning for our next anniversary, for the captains dinner, and I absolutely love it! It is a tad snug, but still comfortable. I am a size 22/24, 294 lbs, and I got a 3X... The material is very comfortable and the chiffon skirt is so flowy and elegant! The color is baby pink with a lovely lace top and thin satin waistband that is not stretchy. The length is good and does cover my feet completely, but I don't feel like I will trip on the skirt at all because the chiffon flies with ease as you walk. I picked this dress out for my wife for date night. The pictures on the product page look very classy and although I personally would have preferred the black or the navy blue, I know my wife prefers the champagne color. The dress fits well, my wife is 5’7” 125 lbs and wears a US size 4 and didn’t feel the dress was too big or too small. There are unfortunately multiple issues with the dress which prevent us from giving it a 5 or even a 4. 1. The color is completely off, it is much lighter than the pictures (more of an off white than champagne) and does not look nearly as elegant. 2. The waist is too loose and the construction creates a V shape rather than showing natural curves. The overall look is very unflattering. 3. The skirt portion is very light and almost see through. The dress looks cheap and the $58 price is way too high for such an unflattering dress. ... show more

I was certainly disappointed in this dress. The waist doesn't seem so much tapered, as it just kind of "cuts in" at the mid point. I think the ribbon at the waist is too thin and makes you look "cut off" at the middle, instead of looking like a gradual, unbroken curve. It wasn't necessarily too small, but I found the fit awkward and a bit restricting. I might have liked a large a bit better. The zipper is horrible. It gets caught up at the middle where the ribbon comes into the picture, whether you're wearing it or not. It also doesn't help that it's "pinched" in the middle, as I mentioned above. Overall, I was disappointed in this dress. I can probably use it as part of a costume, but not to a fancy event. It just doesn't make me feel elegant - it makes me feel old and frumpy. I ordered according to the size chart and honestly it should have fit but the bust seems too small comparedto the size chart. It was almost impossible to get the zipper up and once is was it didn't feel like it wasn't going to break. It did fit everywhere else though. I love how this dress looks and wish it would have fit better ... show more
