As always, use the size chart--I ordered according to the size chart, and it fits well. This isn't some flimsy costume piece that's going to fray or snap, it's an actual shaping, heavy duty piece of engineering. Instead of a thin, cheap ribbon for lacing, it has heavy duty shoelace-type lacing--and plenty of it, so you can grab your own laces and tighten instead of requiring assistance (with the usual amount of wiggling, but that's always the case when back-lacing yourself). The zipper on the front is SO much more convenient than the stupid little metal nubs and triangles most corsets have that hate to actually stay hooked while you're trying to get the other ones done. ... show more

My Wife looks amazing in these Corsets. We have 2 of them and they definitely run large. We purchased the largest size due to our history with purchasing corsets and lingerie online... we ended up returning it and dropped 2 sizes! Needless to say, she was thrilled. These for sure run large in size.

According to size chart, I wanted size 5 but they were out so went with size 6. Corset was tied all the way tight, which shouldn't be to get the right look, and to tighten to give waist a nice squeeze as well the bust a nice uplift. The cup size was big but I expected that because clothes makers seem to falsely think all plus size people have huge "cup sizes" with bras/corsets. .. Not true. Regardless, I was impressed the fit worked out and it looked great on person who wore it. I couldn't find any other seller to accommodate me in sizing! Well made, great boning too. ... show more

The sizing was accurate for the horizontal. The problem is with the vertical. The moment I tried to sit down, I was jabbed under the arms with the boning. Tried adjusting the ties, shifting the corset down, to no avail. Since I was planning on using this as an actual foundation garment, it just didn't work "out of the box." If you have a long torso, the overall construction is quite good (no sloppy seams, no hanging threads, good fabric) and you will most likely be very happy with it. If you have an average length torso, give this a pass unless you think you can do the alterations necessary. ... show more

This is a high quality corset. I love that it is all black with a black zipper. The size chart is accurate. There is a front zipper, but the back has sturdy laces. It also came with bonus elastic clamps that could connect to thigh highs. I am impressed! I have a large chest (38 DD) and long torso. I’m 5’10”. The 2X fit perfect. I like the way it looks, but the bust area is too big and the waist area is not big enough. Must measure yourself. I got the largest size I could but I had way too much bust area.
