Pros: solid construction, holds cords together firmly, easy enough to apply Cons: paint dust from orange tool was fresh; caught it before using (which would have stained the white cord), washed it before using; tool worked fine otherwise. This is what caused the 4 star rating; if I wasn’t paying attention I would have got orange paint dust on everything. Fix this and it would be 5 stars. Recommendations: make a cable that doesn’t allow the cords to be seen. Once the cords are in the cable, they are still visible on one side through circular holes in the cable design. If there is a way to lessen that clearance without changing the durability or ease of use that would make it perfect. Closing: best cable management to date for me. Sifted through a lot of other options and reviews, and really lucked out with this being the first one I tried and it working perfectly. I use this product to cloak an HDMI cable, a thick cord from an outlet strip, and a small insulated wire for the cable box power cord that goes into the power strip. As for me, I wouldn't try to cram more than that in there. But others may be more adept than me. It does hold the cables and cords although, as mentioned in another review, you can definitely see black cables through the white version (and I'd imagine, white cables through the black version). You have to thoughtfully prioritize which object[s] you want it to blend in with and what you are willing to still see. I got the white so that I could run this coil along a white painted baseboard and it is great, a nice match and camouflage. This is very tough plastic and that is why it holds the cables so securely. Have said that, it would be really nice if they could figure out a way (other than with the enclosed tool) to keep it open while inserting the cords, and then snap/click shut somehow. Maybe there is another product out there that would suit me better. In conclusion, I'd say it holds as much as you can carefully fit in there, and that if you are having trouble with the tool physically, you may be in for a frustrating time of it while installing. But once it's all in there, you can forget about it! ... show more

ON THE UPSIDE, this is a great wire cover for computers...IF...you get all the wires together and NEVER have to add or subtract any wires from the cover. It's compact, stays in place, and looks good. ON THE DOWNSIDE, once in place, it is near impossible to get wires OUT, if needed. My speaker has stopped working and I'm trying to see which wire it is to ensure it's properly plugged in and/or remove it to replace it. It's a 2 man job to pry and hold open the cover to pull out a wire, even with the "instrument" provided, and quite painful too. ... show more

This is kind of an odd dilemma. First of all, the tubing material used here is GREAT! But in relation to the material thickness, the included zip tool cannot easily spread open the tubing, etc. hence the 4 out of 5 stars. In fact, it’s a bit difficult to use even your fingers to open/spread the cabling product. Please allow me explain a bit more: The plastic tubing material is quite thick and very durable for its application. Due to the thickness of the tubing material, the included zip tool (orange color) does not perform very well. The zip tool tends to collapse and fail while being used to feed cables into the tubing. HOWEVER, IF the zip tool was made with slightly better material (kind of like the plastic in the massive hair clips that my wife uses), THEN, it definitely a ‘5’ star product!
