I put it near a window in my living room , I can do exercise when I watching TV. It does not make big noise , so I can enjoy both at the sometime . There is only one thing that I like to tell the people who also buy it . Awesome workout machine, i have been using it for the past month, and so far it is pretty solid machine. Very easy to install, and it is quite stable when I am on full speed too although I wish there could be level of adjustments for the resistance.
