Based off other reviews, FOLLOW the instructions thoroughly and it will turn out as you see it on Amazon. It took me 2 full hours to completely assemble the vanity, the only redo I experienced was the drawers, but I simply switched them from left/to right and they fit magically! Just follow the instructions and DON’T over tighten any screws and you’ll be fine. Very sturdy and after assembly the vanity looks great and is well built! This vanity is perfect for a small space and is very cute. While it did take about three hours to put together, all the parts were there and no issues with hole placement or fit. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I’m not sure how durable the finish will be. It seems like it will scuff easily. I think I’ll try to find a protective mat for the top. Also, the mirror is very nice, but could afford to be a little brighter. Overall I am very happy with this vanity and my daughter loves it. Would recommend for a tween/teen for sure. ... show more

I mean how many times does a woman have to do her makeup through out one day? The instructions were simple and easy to understand in putting it together. Look, for the price, this thing can't be beat. My girl wanted a vanity for her room and loved the look of this one. She literally put it together herself (she's 10 and a whiz with LEGO). It took her most of the day, but she did it mostly on her own. I recommend having a drill with a hex bit and a regular bit to make assembly go faster. Is it the MOST sturdy strong piece of furniture ever? No. It's made of MDF. But all the pieces were there and in good shape, and I can see this lasting a good 3-5 years until my daughter grows out of it. ... show more

This is one of the most ridiculously hard things that I have ever put together. The instructions, all pictures, are so ambiguous and confusing. There were holes not drilled where the door goes on. This took me and my finance over 2 hours to put together. The directions are pretty clear, but it is pretty hard. It is super cute, but the drawers get jammed and only open halfway so you can’t utilize all of the drawer space. We triple checked to make sure the drawers were on right, and it seems we weren’t the only ones who had this issue with the drawers. ... show more
