I have tried DOZENS of wired and wireless headsets for Zoom and Teams meetings! DOZENS. Every problem you can think of; hurts, doesnt fit right, sound is terrible, mic not loud enough, battery dies, earpads dont fit right, head band too tight, you name it. So I gave up, and got this darn cheap headset. OMG... Wowwww. As BASIC and as awesome as you could imagine. Less than $20. perfect SOUND. plenty OF VOLUME. CRISP clear audio. NO BATTERIES to worry about. PLENTY OF SOFT, no tangle cord. WOWWW. Talk about a bargain. Now this is for work. For meetings. You don't want a dead battery, or crappy audio, or painful earpads, or a mic that's not loud enough. For around $20, THIS IS YOUR GO-TO WORK HEADSET. PERIOD. I am hard of hearing, and I wear a hearing aid on one side. This adapts to my hearing aid and fits comfortably. Plenty of CLEAN volume to spare. What else can I say? I HATE meetings, so the last thing I want during a boring meeting is problems talking and hearing! I swear by this headset. For the price I will buy EXTRAS just for the heck of it. The review is pretty much as the title describes. The sound quality is fine. It worked out-of-the-box with Windows, Linux and Chromebook. The controls worked, the mic worked, sound was decent if a bit tinny. Price was quite good. Main issue is that I can't get it to be comfortable around my head. There's not enough adjustment and I had to cant it slightly behind my head rather than more comfortably on top. ... show more

I rather like this headset. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I bought this headset for ~$17 USD (I don't remember the exact price but that was pretty close) and the quality of the audio was actually not bad by any stretch of the imagination. I was not expecting these analogue headphones to sound so good especially given the price. The quality of the microphone wasn't bad either. It's noise suppression isn't perfect, but it can be supplemented with software on the computer (which I usually have to do with any microphone anyways). Is it perfect? No, of course not, but for ~$17 USD, I can't complain and I personally think this was worth the value for me. What I can say is that if you are looking for a cheap headset with reasonably good audio quality, then consider this one. If you wish to use it as a headset (with microphone and headphones), then you may also wish to consider purchasing a signal splitter for headsets such as these. Most computers come with a separate microphone and headphone jacks (this has been my experience at least) and this headset comes with a single 3.5mm jack that carries both signals. If you search "3.5mm headphone microphone splitter" you will probably find what you are looking for (be careful to get the right type). ... show more

Update: I didn't notice this until recently because I ended up buying another new headset but the microphone doesn't actually pick up form the headset! It doesn't even have a separate device on my computer which means it's just using my built in microphone. This explains why the mic was so low. So I have lowered the rating. These are an OK as headphones and that's about it. Would advise against them. You can get better for cheaper. Previous Review: I bought this product because another headset was getting old and seemed about to die on me soon. I work online as teacher and I need my kids to be able to hear me so headset is needed. When I first tested the product, I could barely hear anything. The volume was too low and the controls were not working. After troubleshooting my computer audio settings. I began to check the headset itself. I found that I could not plug the headset all the way into my headphone jack. I had to plug it ALMOST all the way in or it would not work properly. Bad design or a defect. After that however, the sound quality and noise cancellation were great. I am still worried however if more problems may arise. For now, it gets the job done. ... show more

First of all, I liked the value for the price. I had no intention of buy this product until I was talking to a coworker about my cracker jacks prize headphones I did have. They were not that good and I got tired of dealing with them. My coworker was telling me about his and how much he paid, so while I was on the phone with him, I looked up the different ones and these caught my eye. They work wonderfully.
