I’ve been using this for a few years now, and it’s been reliable. The weight is good and works well for most of my projects. However, I do wish it was a bit thicker for added stability on certain fabrics. Overall, it’s a solid choice, but a little extra thickness would make it even better.

I'm making embroidered purses & was running out of the heavy-weight cutaway stabilizer that I'd had for quite a few years. That particular brand was no longer available or the name had changed. I needed a more durable cutaway to remain inside - not to wash away or not to tear away. This 2.5 oz cutaway stabilizer is perfect!
