I was first sent the item without the business card holder which is what I ordered. The shipper was quick to send me the correct one. Now the first one did appear to be falling apart after a couple of days, but the replacement is beautiful. Definitely a conversation starter!!!

Very good quality. Only down side is the letters are hard to see since it's the same color as the wood. It would be nice if the letters were darker like the picture appears

This is beautiful! Very elegant. The writing was a little lighter than the picture showed, I contacted the company and they explained since it’s real wood that not all of them look the same and come out in different shades. They said they would try again to make it darker for me. BEST customer service I have ever dealt with! I received lots of compliments on it at work.
