I was impressed with the fast turnaround and the picture quality of the personalized big head. The image looks great, and the size will work for what we need. The price is also on par with other vendors. However, the big head was shipped folded, which has affected its durability. It’s not as sturdy as I expected, and I’ll need to reinforce the back to prevent it from folding or falling apart.
