All in all I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I use it for when I am out gigging. The company made it very easy to design and was able to get a poorer quality picture to come out very well. The only reason it only gets the four stars was that I ordered and paid for the grommets to be done and the banner arrived only with the markings where the grommets were to go. I made this purchase for a staff who received a promotion. I paid extra shipping to ensure it arrived on time for the event. The company sent my a proof to approve....it was exactly what I asked for...but when the item arrived. I opened with excitement and boom... it there were multiple scratches and discolorations on the banner. I spent $101 for this banner, I wanted to make the day special for my staff member.
