The t-connector leaked.once I replaced it,the unit worked great. Installation is tricky unless you have long, thin arms. The collar you thread on to the upper bit has to be done blindly, unless you can lay on you back under the sink and reach all the way to bottom of the counter. Once you get it, there are two small screws to tighten to hold it in place. This this was hard for me as the sink itself hung down in the way. This is a great concept made with quality materials. First impressions when I unwrapped it was that it was heavy. The hardware and fixture are all thick and durable metal. All of the gaskets are thick and will last. The best part is the actuator. It’s huge. Really wide. I am able to rinse out mayonnaise jars before placing the recycle bin. It also has a silicone cover over the thick actuator arms. The silicone offers me some security that my glassware won’t break. Plus the silicone has ridged indentations to keep the glass in position. It was really easy to assemble. It fit right into the hole that the sprayer or soap dispenser would have been installed. I have a thick porcelain sink and the attachment was actually long enough to accommodate my thick sink. At the end of the The hose is metal-not nylon. There’s also nifty valve to prevent backflow. It’s a well engineered and manufactured. It works great! It cleans the dreaded mayonnaise jar, the sippy cup that was discovered past its “peak freshness”, it’s super easy to remove the actuator for a thorough cleaning too. And unlike my sprayer that sprays everywhere when the water hits the surface, the water spray from this cup rinser remains in the cup and splashes all drip downward into the basin that’s slanted to allow the water to roll out into the sink. ... show more

After using one of these at my sister's, we had to have our own, especially for baby bottles. We got the teal because it was cheaper, but it's actually pretty cute. And the base is real metal, seems super durable. Great spray power. We hooked it up to the hot water line and it's amazing for cleaning baby bottles and rinsing coffee cups. It did take a little finagling to get the t-connecter not to leak, but they included a few rubber gaskets and we used one of those and now it works perfectly. other than that, the install was super easy. The media could not be loaded. Easy to install after watching a few of the videos in the reviews/YouTube explaining it! Could’ve done it myself if I wasn’t so pregnant but my husband helped and he is no carpenter/handyman 🤣 1- the silver is so pretty and matches the other stuff. 2- I can rinse out my coffee glass and dry and put it right back in the cabinet. 3- I can clean out my child’s little kid cups which were previously a PAIN and it actually does pretty well! Having a baby soon and hoping it helps with bottles too 🤪 love it, and so sturdy. glad I went through reviews of so many because this one is more budget friendly but so sturdy and nice ... show more

Works great. The main anchor and screw are part of the water line so make sure to use plumbers tape because the threading let's water seep out no matter tight you get it. Without any leaks now and love this thing for all mugs, glassware, baby bottles and more.
