I only got to use the motor once, was working great and was actually quite impressed by it…until the propeller decided to just fall off while idling leaving me stranded in the middle of the lake. Writing this review in hopes someone will reach out to me on where I can get another propeller since I haven’t had any luck contacting the company. ... show more

I tried to like this motor! The customer service was exceptional however the cheap plastic parts wore out within 2 weeks each time and that's with babying the motor. The motor starts great every time runs well but after about a week the plastic parts wear out on the throttle arm and you can no longer throttle up. I contacted support they sent me another arm and within two weeks it did the same thing and I was babying it the whole time. With some improvement this could be a great motor but as it stands now I'm stuck with a motor I can't throttle up until I can figure out a way to put some aftermarket throttle assembly on it ... show more

I purchase this a while back for my 11ft blow up boat as shown in the picture. Took me a while to test it out in the lake. The motor arrived quickly and the seller/mfg was quick to respond to all my questions. The first test the throttle was low and maybe made 5mph. I reached out to them and after they instructed on how to adjust the throttle, and increase the RPM through a video they made, the second test was better. However, it still did not have enough HP for my specific boat to get it to plane. It starts on the first or second pull, easy to operate and maneuver. If you have a smaller boat, this might be the engine for you. ... show more

I mistakenly ordered the short shaft version but I needed the long shaft. I contacted customer service and Lucy M. was very helpful! They sent me a long shaft and 6 bolts later it was on the motor! It started on the first pull. I have it on a 14' V-hull Lund boat and although this motor won't get the boat up on a plane it is way fast enough for me! Highly recommend this seller! ... show more
