I bought these for summer and I actually was a bit skeptical because when they came I was thinking they’d be to big, but when I tried them on they were a perfect fit. They stretch so even after eating you don’t feel the button pushing into you like other shorts do so I love that. The high waist doesn’t squish you and make it unflattering when wearing a tighter shirt which is a plus. The only complaint I had was the button is a little loose but other than that this is perfect. I am 5'7", 138lbs, 28 waist and 38 hip. The mediums fit like a glove and are very comfortable! I got the blue jean and white jeans shorts. The only thing I would say is pay attention to how the shorts fit the model in the pictures. My white jeans are true high rise covering the belly button, where as the blue jeans fit just below my belly button. I took a photo of both side by side so you can compare the inseam length. The look like different sizes but trust me they are the same and the stretch is amazing! It's not a deal breaker for me, the blue jeans are still high enough rise and flattering for me. I wasn't really paying attention when I selected, but just in case you are particular about where it hits the waist I would take note of where the models belly button is. These are cute shorts for the price. The material is stretchy and durable. The buttons seem a bit loose, and I am waiting for one to fall off, but so far so good. The material does not hold its shape on the back side, and unrolls. Other than that, I am happy with these shorts. They fit as expected, were flattering and comfortable. I really liked these! I've actually already gone back to purchase another color and might need to get more. They are very comfortable and sit nicely on the hips with a short but tasteful inseam. The only flaws are in the poor stitching throughout. The stitching at the bottom of my zipper seems to be unraveling slightly... And there is a random, crooked, white stitch showing at the top. ( See photo) The part of the cuff behind my legs keeps trying to unfold and doesn't keep a nice edge. (The rolled cuff is stitched only on the inside and outside seams). So I might have to do some sewing or stitch-witchery work on this. I purchased these when there was a sale, so I feel like it's a decent item for being under $20. ... show more

I love the material of the shorts it’s like a soft stretchy denim and I love the length of the shorts not too long but your booty is not hanging out. I ordered a medium even though my gut told me to order a small because of the reviews and I needed them last minute for a trip at the end of the week. Well they was way to big for my frame. If you like your clothes extremely baggy then get the medium I do not so I’m going to reorder them in a small. I’m feeling like I could probably fit an extra small but it’s not in stock and I need them tomorrow hopefully the small works will leave another review once I get the small. I may need to retake my measurements people keep telling me I slimmed down some but I don’t see it I still have a pouch little tummy but last i checked my waist was a 29 ( I wear a 6-9 in H&M jeans) and my hips were about a 37 so even following the size chart I should’ve fit the medium so yea ... show more

I love these shorts. They’re so comfortable. They’re flattering and I like the waist line. I ordered a small (In black) and they fit perfectly. I weigh about 125lbs and I’m 5’3”… with a very average size booty (leaning toward pancake rather than peach). I might come back and order another color or two!! Much better than wasting my time trying on shorts at the store. These are great— comfy, good stretch, and cute. I also have a super sensitive tummy (where my IBS babes at…?) soooo I can’t have a tight waist line that cuts into my friggin intestines. These shorts are so Awesome, I bought 2 pairs. The price for a size 20 is a really good buy for paying for real denim. The size to is a little big on me because I normally wear a size 14/16 I have a 43 inch waist and this denim does have stretch and is well made.
