It was good working with them and I appreciated them caring. I love this water. It doesn't taste like chemicals, it's a very clean water as well. When this is cold straight from the refrigerator it tastes like the purest water ever! I've had Icelandic water from a glacier and this compares very favorably to that experience. I love this water whether it is cold or at room temperature and always have a bottle close by and it helps me stay hydrated. If everyone knew how great this water was it would be difficult to get! So let's keep it a secret just between you and me! ;P I also add lemon tea packets to this water and also use STUR water flavoring in it too. Either way you are going to enjoy this water. I've ordered the same product over time and experience the same problem with the bottle neck being smushed down into itself. This makes pouring a bit awkward. Using a jar opener, one can lift the bottle neck up into a normal pouring position. There are no leaks and the spring water is fresh and clear as expected of spring water. ... show more

I used to drink nothing but Ice Mountain. I really love the taste of Crystal Geyser. I usually can’t find it at the store because it sells out by the time I get there. The only annoying point is the condition the bottles are in when they get to me. The outside wrapper looks like a wild animal tore it up, not enough to cause the bottles to fall out, just making them loose. Some of the bottles are smashed in on the top but not enough that I can’t pull them back up. Nothing is damaged to the point that water has leaked out. They just had a rough journey.
