I don’t normally write reviews, but the first day my daughter wore these to practice, there was an accident and a skater SKATED OVER HER FINGERS! Obviously everyone, including her coach was very concerned when pulling off the gloves. We aren’t sure if it was some crazy fluke, but these gloves didn’t rip or bust and her fingers weren’t cut (slightly bruised but fine otherwise). Now I’m NOT saying to attempt this, as I’m sure they do not guarantee this kind of safety and it could have been pure luck. Either way, she’s never allowed to practice without them again after that and I’m buying a second pair. Oh, she also says they are really warm and her hands stay completely dry. ... show more

They fit snugly and are made of a thin stretch material while providing protection and some warmth which make them perfect for practice and competitions/shows. Padding on the palms is very thin. Match well with very light skin tones.

My daughter is an ice skater, and she loves these gloves. We originally got them for a show, but now she practices in them all the time. The start out a little snug but stretch the more they are worn.

I like these a lot for how smooth and comfortable they are, but they do very little at keeping my fingers warm. They are very smooth though so I was able to put another pair of gloves over them

As a figure skater doing doubles my daughter spends a lot of time on the ice. The padding in these gloves is sufficient. However these gloves are not warm whatsoever. These are not her first padded gloves. They are the least warm though.

I bought these for my daughter for figure skating practice. The padding helps keep her hands dry and adds some protection from falls. She likes these gloves much better than the usual mini gloves because they don’t hold moisture and fit like a second skin.
