What wasn’t clear to me from the picture when i ordered this is, the weight in these is all concentrated in a short block that slides to the back of the ankle. The straps are too stiff and scratchy to adjust tightly enough to hold them in place and the fabric is uncomfortable as well.

Item as described, sturdy ankle weights that slightly increase the effort to exercise or do everyday tasks. I like the durable double velcro straps that are wide enough to spread the weight and stay put. That might also be the only con for some people because it takes a minute or two to put them on but you can trust they will last quite a while. ... show more
