This bag is super cute, just the right size for my phone a small wallet pouch and an extra item or two. I love that the crossbody strap is adjustable as I'm a short girl and typically these bags hang way lower than I would like. Getting that strap on was not an easy task though. I think I accidentally lifted the clasp as I was trying to push it like a release button (not the way to do it). Once I got it open getting it on the bag with the handle was a chore, I was considering cutting it off so there would be room but didn't want to lose that detail. I was about to give up and give a bad review when suddenly I was able to get the first side and then was determined to get the second. I may have gouged the faux leather a bit getting that one on which is why I took a star. All that said I still certainly see me using the bag. ... show more
