  • These shoes are a God send.
Size: 8 Color: Black/Black
I have tried every shoe imaginable and these are the only ones that allow me to stay on my feet for hours with no pain. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! I wish I had a pair of crocs in every color they make, so I coud wear them all the time, but that's just me being comfort greedy. I am a manager for a very large restaurant chain. It is extremely busy and fast paced. More often than not, once I walk through the door I am on my feet from 8 to 14 hours with no break. I have Degenerative Disc Disease and due to injuries to my feet years prior, I have major pain when I am on them for any length of time. Before finding these shoes, I would literally ( Yes, I do mean literally) have to crawl into my house because my feet hurt so bad. The muscles in my back and over my ribs would spasm to the point that I would almost cry because of the pain. Once I did get into the house and sat for a couple of hours, I would have horrible cramping in my calf muscles and feet. When I would go to bed I couldn't find any position where my back didn't cramp. Since finding these shoes, all of that has stopped. I can work a long shift and at the end my feet and back don't hurt and no muscle spasms. I am 50 years old and can easily keep up with those that are 30 years younger. These do run a little large. I wear an 8.5 so I ordered an 8 in these and they fit really well. When you first get them, they may feel hard and a little tight. You may think they aren't going to be comfortable. However, once you wear them they actually will conform to your foot (This doesn't take long at all). They feel really comfortable and the slip resistant sole is fantastic. I walk through standing water and spills all the time and have yet to slip. Unlike many types of slip resistant soles they don't grab onto the floor making you trip. I would advise though that you wear a form fitting sock. My only complaint is that they aren't fuzzy sock friendly. Due to the massaging nubs inside, they have a tendency, if not wearing a form fitting sock to pull the socks tight to the toes as you slide your foot in. They are a very attractive shoe and are not bulky looking. They clean up beautifully with a damp cloth. ... show more

  • Runs Extremely Large
My feet sweat a lot at work but I have to wear reasonably nice dress shoes all the time, and I find that even with foot powder, antiperspirant, and sweat wicking socks, my normal leather dress shoes get ruined in mere weeks due to odor and sweat. Because those shoes get expensive, I wanted to find an alternative that is comfortable and still office-appropriate. If they manage to hold up over the next couple of weeks without problems, I will likely add another star. Pros: o The shoes are surprisingly nice looking considering they are Crocs. I wouldn't wear them with anything other than long pants, but they don't have the trademark ugliness most Crocs do. o They are reasonably comfortable and resist water/sweat. o Affordable - if price matters, you'd probably be hard pressed to beat $20-30 a pair. o They are comfortable but not comfortable (see below) - they are comfortable because they have a lot of give to them, and flex pretty well. Cons: o They run extremely larger - I wear an 8 or a 9 in most brands, and the 9 is nearly 2 sizes too large. I also purchased an 8, and it too is too large, but with any kind of insole insert or thicker sock it would be fine, but thinner socks mean my feet slide around. I am exchanging them for a size 7 and hope it will fit a little better. o They are noisy. Considering the material, this is to be expected, but even with socks on, these shoes have a grippy suction cup noise when I walk around on anything but carpet. This isn't a big deal in most public places, but at work it is pretty quiet, so it may get annoying fast. o They are both comfortable and not comfortable - the not comfortable part is that the pattern on the inside of the shoe feels like you're walking on dull Lego bricks all day. This may not be an issue with thicker socks, but I find it makes my feet a little sore and tired. I'm hoping the weird nubs wear down over time. o They're still Crocs, so the stigma of wearing them applies. ... show more

  • Shoes were great
Size: 10 Color: Black/Black
The shoes were great. Quality seemed to be on point. I only wore them for a few hours at work so I didn’t really get the full experience as far as how my feet felt at the end of the day. They were the wrong size and I couldn’t continue my shift with them on. They are comfy though. I plan on purchasing a different size. ... show more

  • Comfy Croc!
Size: 9 Color: Black/Black
I am a restaurant server and am on my feet for long periods of time. I have been struggling with plantar fascitis for quite a while and have tried multiple different types of shoes. I needed something that was also slip resistant. These shoes have made a definite improvement in how my feet feel at the end of the shift. The problem is not gone, but it is at least getting better. The only problem I had was finding the right size. I where a 9.5 and ending up going with a size 9 , but it is still too big. I tried going to a size 8, but they were too small. So I kept the size 9 and wear two pairs of socks. If they made half sizes it would probably be a great fit. So my suggestion is to order a size down and hope that they work for you. ... show more
