This specific item took a very long time to ship to the point Amazon was recommending that I get a refund. But I still have some red vinyl left here at home so I was able to be patient enough to wait until it would be shipped. When I received it I used it about a week after receiving it and was very upset when the vinyl would not iron onto the shirt. It left a red stain. This has never happened to me before with Cricut product. I thought perhaps this item is very old. I tried one more time but I double checked that heat temperature before applying the press, and the second time worked out well. Hopefully it does not wash off or anything unexpected. Took me almost 15 minutes to get this to stick using the smart iron on (on the purple shirt) vs the pint shift I used just regular iron on. Why? I used cotton setting

This is my favorite iron-on brand because it's extremely easy to weed, irons on beautifully, and lasts for so, so many washes. Even though Cricut smart iron-on is more expensive, it really pays off because it's so easy to weed and lasts so long. It's definitely worth the extra few dollars.

I was researching online for a solution and came across "Smart Vinyl" and decided to give it a try. Worked the first time with no issues.
