The only issue we had was that we did not have any instructions. When we tried to look through the questions/reviews on this product it appeared to be a hot peel. The first attempt was at 310 for 10 seconds (the lettering) then we tried 315 for 30 seconds, 45 second cool, then a cold peel (gold star) and that WORKED!
