Defiantly a game changer. I had a cheap Brayer that I was using when I first started with Cricut It kept falling apart and did not work well. This Cricut Brayer is excellent in comparison.

I like that this brayer seems sturdier than my old one (cheap brand that fell apart). I haven't had a chance to use this one as yet, but will in the next couple of days. I trust that the Cricut brand will hold up better. It looks like the roller is more secure than the other one and, hopefully, will stay where it belongs. I trust the Cricut brand. ... show more

After a pretty terrible experience with the Cricut Printable Waterproof Holographic Sticker Set, I decided to buy a less expensive and thinner clear vinyl to top my stickers, and I set about looking for ways to make sure there weren't any bubbles in the final product. I hadn't intended to buy the Cricut brand brayer, as there were a lot of more affordable options out there, but I happened to stumble across this while it was on sale, and at that price, why not? This little tool is an absolute must! I use it to make sure my cards are stuck well to the card mat before cutting, to perfectly roll out vinyl on my stickers, and to ensure the sticker paper I use is flat on the light grip mat. The very first time I used it, my new waterproof sticker set came out just perfect -- no bubbles to be seen at all. I'm so glad I got it! ... show more

    • Worked great for envelopes!
I used it to adhere the envelopes to address for the Cricut. They need to be stuck pretty well to the mat and this helped for that purpose!

    • A Must Have!
After doing a lot of research, I finally broke down and bought a Cricut, but found when researching I likely wouldn't need or use all the tools in the Cricut tool set so opted for only 3 tools I thought I would need and bought them separately. This brayer was one and IMO is a must have . Not only does it ensure firm adhesion of the vinyl to the mat, it will actually extend the life of the mat (this info found in my research). The quality of this brayer is really good. It's durable and comfortable to hold and easy to easy to use - much more so than even the XL scraper. I think the price is a bit high, but hey, it's got that name brand on the handle and it is the prettiest one out there (believe me, I looked at all of them). If you're going for Cricut tool must haves, this tops my list because you can get other needed tools cheaper or even at the dollar store - dollar store pin pickers are excellent for weeding, BTW. I haven't even used the Cricut weeder I bought. Put this at the top of your list for needed tools. ... show more
