This is a very nice choice urn. I like the wording and artwork on the top. The off white color and tan scroll look nice. This can easily go on a mantle or shelf as a loving memorial. If placed on a bookshelf I doubt most people would even realize it's an urn because the wording on top won't be visible. You'd only see the picture on the front. Speaking of the picture, you can only access it from the bottom. This is actually the only way to open up the urn. It's counterintuitive to do it this way in my opinion. There are 4 screws that need to be unscrewed in order to add the ashes or access the photo compartment. I guess it's not a big deal as this isn't something you'll likely adjust after setting it up the first time but it's a hassle to have to do this if you just want to change the picture. ... show more

It's a very sad, depressing time for some of us that need to make the decision of how our loved one's ashes will be stored or displayed. I found myself suddenly needing this urn & I'm still trying to process it. When I came across this urn on my Amazon Vine feed, I decided to order it for my loved one. I was so drawn to the design on the top and the wording which is done very nicely. The Remember Me quote is very fitting and very heartfelt. It's easy to open in order to put ashes inside as well as a picture. There are 4 screws that hold the bottom in which can easily be removed to access inside. It is the perfect size for your loved ones remains. It is well made and tasteful. I took pics before remains were placed inside. I am very pleased with this urn and I know my loved one would appreciate it. This urn at the time of ordering was just under $40 and I think that's an acceptable price. The box is really big and sturdy. The ashes go in thru the bottom which is wierd to place then upside down. Mine arrived with no poem on top and the front was dirty/stained

The only reason I gave the product a 3 star 🌟🌟🌟 is because I purchased it the first time and the urn was cracked, barely visible but it went straight through the urn. I returned it to Amazon and was sent another urn and this one was cracked in 2 different spots also straight through the wood inside urn and a manufacturing error on the bottom of the urn that of course I only saw when I was placing my dads ashes inside the urn. With all that said. The colors on the urn are beautiful, the message is beautiful 😍 and I absolutely love the urn. But I did not want to misrepresent that though the urn is beautiful is color and it's size and message. The manufacturing of the wood is not all that great. This urn surpassed my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and very well made. It keeps your loved ones ashes secured and safe. I love the image quality and the additional photo slot to fit a 4x6. There's a lot of room where we were even able to add a couple of keepsakes with our loved one.
