So.... You got your eye on this Bad Boy eh? Well that doesn't surprise me.... I too fell under it's nostalgic spell :) And....I am glad I did! because the 3500 is an outstanding Arcade machine! It is way more impressive up close & personal than seeing it on your computer.... The artwork/graphics are sharp looking & the colors pop, especially under a blacklight. The controllers - joysticks, trackball & buttons are all top notch high quality.... the color changing trackball is very cool. The machine is easy to operate & fun to play, and you can customize it to your specifc needs.... with or without coins as well as 1 or 2 coins, set/reset difficulty & sound levels, you can update the system with new games, add up & coming peripherals such as a steering wheel for racing games & a gun for shooting games .... The seller has contacts all over the country with arcade technicians who can service your machine if/when necessary, so you are not left on your own should problems occur. COD USA has impressed me as a company you can count on after the sale.... they are easy to reach, friendly & knowledgable about their products. So - am I happy with my purchase? would I "buy it again" ? Most definitely!!! Playing my old favorites is great.... but you know what? I found that discovering games I like - that I have never played before, is just as much - if not MORE fun! Like Cavemen Ninjas :) And that is the great thing about the 3500 - The sheer # of games it has give this arcade machine legendary replay value as there is always something new to try, It is like having an entire huge video Arcade center in 1 machine! Granted, not all the games are going to "trip your trigger" but the truth is, some can & will surprise you because many are a lot of fun, you just never know until you try. So, how do you find the specific game you want to play in a list of 3500 games? Easy - the games are categorized by game type, such as fighting, puzzle, platform, shooting, racing, ect. To scroll through, you hold down the 1 player button for 3 seconds until the screen displays the 1st page of the list, form there you toggle up-down using the joystick... to change pages, you press player one's FIRE button as needed…. simple as that. If you want a complete list of all the games you get on this unit, just ask them to send you the PDF list for the 3500 & then you can see all the titles in the same order they are programmed into the machine..... Yes, IMO this is the machine to get.... because with this one, you "get it all" You get the big machine, all the games you want, all the controls you want and the big screen you want.... AND.... All the sound/audio you can handle! yes the speakers in the 3500 really sound great :) The build quality of the 3500 is impressive, it looks made to last, the fit n finish is tight & everything looks just right inside & out. The machine is outfitted with sturdy/high quality wheels to make for easy moving .... and it also has 4 levelers so you can situate it in a more solid & permanent way if you prefer. The 3500 is big! and pretty heavy.... but it IS possible for just 1 person to handle it when it arrives, as long as that person is adequately fit & has experience with moving big heavy objects safely without damaging them.... In truth it is much safer faster & easier with 2 people or more, but there are those among you who can handle it own your own. The 3500 arrives securely packed on a pallet, mine was dollied from the delivery truck into my garage & I took it from there using a dolly of my own to move it off the pallet... And from there I unpacked & inspected, moved it into position....then plugged it in, turned it on & tested it - All systems operational! The big 32 in screen looks great, the colors are bright & vibrant.... just the way an Arcade machine should be. And the controllers work precisely as they should, meaning they look feel & respond exactly like the machines we used to play on. The seller & owner of COD USA, Brian, is an outgoing/ friendly guy who is easy to reach & eager to answer any questions/concerns you have, his enthusiasm for his products is reassuring & his depth of knowledge & experience with Arcade machines is impressive. Yes, I am an Amazon reviewer & no I did not recieve this unit in exchange for a review. I wrote this review because well, I bought the product, I like writting reviews, and this one needed to be written... Frankly I was a little irked that few people have bothered to leave feedback for COD products & those that did really left alot to the imagination. I started this journey this past Tuesday 5/26/20 when I ordered the 4 Stick Arcade (Not Slim Version). I ordered the unit in the evening and then started to be concerned with the size of it and the ability to get it into my basement. I wrote an email that night, I received 2 responses the very next morning. Brian (owner) and Mike (Tech) both assured me that it would not be an issue getting the unit into my basement. Still not feeling 100% comfortable I asked if they could give me a call to discuss...I received a call within the next 10 mins. I spoke with Brian and he told me that they have technicians that are all over the country that could assist with the install should i have any issues. I felt comfortable after the call and it was then a matter of waiting for the unit to get here. The next day I received a call from Brian again, he told me he has a truck heading to the NY area and it has my arcade. He also, said his drivers would help me get the Arcade into my basement. I was completely floored by this level of customer service. This was the "old school" level of customer service that you no longer see. I received a call Friday night from the driver advising me of the delivery window on Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday...the guys got and made an incredible effort to get this arcade into my basement. These guys were truly amazing and i could not thank them enough!!!! Now for the Arcade. It's everything the reviews say and more. My unit is the big version and it is big. It is just like the arcade units of the past. The look and feel do no disappoint at all. The 3500 games is absolutely crazy. You have every game you can imagine The sound and screen are all great Sound can be controlled which is a plus. I started playing it immediately and can't wait to show it off to my friends and family. This purchase has been amazing. Thank you for a truly remarkable experience. ... show more
