I like the flexibility this adapter set affords. Sometimes I find the perfect blade for something (based on either type/tooth count/rake or price, or a combination of those things) but the arbor hole size isn't correct for the saw I'll use it on. I've been able to adapt a couple blades with these and they work perfectly. I see this more and more often that a blade comes in a metric size and my machine is imperial measurement, now I can safely use the metric size blades. ... show more

The Craly saw blade bushing set is packaged in a sturdy cardboard folding container that slides snugly into a cardboard sleeve. The entire containment package is a bit of origami art, and works very well. I will have no problem dropping it into the bottom of tool bag and leaving it there until needed. The bushings are machined and/or stamped cleanly and flat. I only wish it had a bit more selection of sizes, but I cannot fault Craly since they make it plain up front what bushings are included. In my case, I needed a 5/8" OD and a 10mm ID to fit my Ryobi 5.5" circular saw. The 5/8" x 3/8" Craly bushing won't quite slip over the shaft, so no go on that matchup. If you see bushing sizes that will work for you, then make the purchase. It's a nice compliment to the tool arsenal. ... show more

I needed a 5/8 - 10mm adapter which I don't think is a thing...That being said, I was able to drill a bit of the 5/8 - 3/8 center out so that it fit onto my circular saw and it then worked great with a diamond blade and made a clean cut as I wanted.     • Very Well Made Saw Blade Bushings
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these saw blade bushings! There are two sets of eight different sizes of STEEL bushings (NOT aluminum as one other reviewer stated). They have reeded edges, like some coins, so that they fit snugly in the center of the saw blade. I measured each bushing, and found that the greatest difference from the stated size was just 0.05mm (about 0.002inch)! The bushings are not as thick as most saw blades for a good reason: The saw blade must be held firmly by the saw's arbor and nut, between the washers which came with the saw. The bushing's only purpose is to center the blade on the arbor. I am certain that I will never use all of these sizes, but will be thankful when I need one. ... show more

I am very pleased with this saw blade bushing set, which provides bushings for just about every size saw blade arbor you are likely to encounter. The bushings come mounted and labeled in a thin cardboard display sleeve, and you can cut away the side flaps to hang it if you'd like for easy access. The cardboard sleeve also contains a helpful visual guide to installation. Each bushing has nicely knurled ridges on the outer perimeter to provide added friction to avoid slippage of the blade once installed. While the cardboard flaps that hold the bushings to the display will likely wear out after a few uses, it would be easy enough to create a more durable storage option if you find yourself making frequent changes.
