The media could not be loaded. It was what I imagined in my head. It looks great in my kitchen, and the photo It supports is a family keep sake. The gray frame matches the dark gray in my marble counter top perfectly. The wire on the back was easy to assemble. As I said in the video, this is a 24x36 frame and my photo is 20x32. I purchased the uncut mat board from Micheal's 7.99...and place my photo on top of it and measure about 2 inches completely around the mat marked it off with a pencil. I realized that this would fit my picture perfectly and nothing would be holding the photo in, so I marked off an extra 1/4 of an inch all the way around..so 2 1/4 inch, then I cut it with a tile cutter ( new razor)...popped out the middle and bam it worked...I did have to shave a little sliver off the end just to fit the mat in the frame. I think the mat was a smidgen off...but for 8 bucks verses 38 I get the win...Love my Big Mama and this Photo and frame! ... show more

Finally found a reasonably-priced frame for a poster. They sent it with cardboard as a backer which isn’t acid-free. I had to buy an acid free foam board instead.

I was a little disappointed that the frame isn't actual wood. It's like composite wood and the grey grain is just a paper image glued and wrapped around the frame. As long as you are not super close, it looks good though. Also the "glass" is plexiglass of some type - which the description accurately states. ... show more
