It feels cheaply made but I've abused this tool box for a couple of months and its held up nicely. It's only issue is the wheels, they barely roll on any tough ground but besides that it's good for the price.

Bought this as a gift, he uses it daily! And my word, he’s not gentle on things and it’s withstood some serious use! The quality is amazing, the wheels have yet to give out and the all around storage space is perfect for quite a few things. Would definitely buy again!

Things I liked: Ample room for my tools and sturdy wheels that took the terrain well. The little snap bins at the top were great for things like glasses, keys and writing utensils, which always seem to get lost in bigger compartments. Things I didn't like: The top lid doesn't open all the way, so you have to hold it while you're getting into the bin. That means you're looking for your tools one handed. If you want to get into the lower bins, you have to disassemble the other parts. That's probably obvious from the images, but I didn't realize until I owned it that it would be cumbersome. The real deal breaker was when it failed as it's job as a "cart". I don't have a ton of tools and most of them are art supplies/ wood items so when the handle broke off in month 3 from the "weight" I was pretty disappointed. You can see the where the little nub broke off in my image. Still waiting to hear whether Craftsman will honor the warranty. All in all I would skip this one. After reading many reviews, I decided to order this Craftsman Toolbox on Wheels. I was excited to receive it, but disappointed when it arrived. It was in a sizable brown Amazon box, not packaged in a Craftsman box, and looked like it was a returned item (not new), with a few scratches, dingy, and one of the locks was bent. With that said, I decided to go ahead and fill it with my cleaning supplies (I own a cleaning business) and give it a test run around my home! It seems to be sturdy for my needs, but I wouldn't put heavy tools, etc. in it. The (2) plastic boxes are a bit flimsy, but will suit my needs for putting cleaning supplies, towels and small utensils inside. With all this said, I think I'm going to like the tool box, because I am able to put all my supplies inside the (2) lockable boxes, where as before, I was hauling (4) different items, making at least (3) trips back and forth to my car. Where as, I will be making (1) trip. Hooray!! The extra tray and lidded box inside, is a plus, and I also like that it's waterproof inside and out. I usually don't review items but this one has earned my praise. I wish the closures were different but it's great and does the job. It definitely is waterproof and wheels around in the snow and ice with little effort. Good quality and well worth the price.

This is the perfect tool box that gives me maximum storage capacity while fitting perfectly into my truck bed together with a regular storage box (got it at COSTCO). Very sturdy, expandle handle bar for easy carry around (I use it to secure it with a cable and a lock to the truck bed). Also has an option to add a lock and secure the lid. Good box otherwise but made for shorter people. I'm 6'2" and the handle is short at best. Trying to walk with this it constantly hit the bottom of the box whether I push or pull. Have to bend down to allow it to roll properly. The wheels are built like a old school kids wagon from back in the day. Flimsy, flop around, just sitting on an aluminum rod. I'll keep it for home use but need better for work use... ... show more
