    • Buyer Beware...Not the Correct Measurements!
Do not buy this product if you expect to receive a "real" CRAFTSMAN toolbox. Although the width and height may be correct, the depth is only 12 inches as opposed to "real" toolbox which is 16 inches in depth (check the CRAFTSMAN website). I didn't notice the depth disparity until after I ordered the item. I couldn't cancel the order and although the seller accepted my return I was charged a 20% restocking fee ($58.26). Unacceptable!     • No easy open drawers
This product is a very good product. The drawers and overall build are solid and are as good as you'll get anywhere else (in my opinion.) The only hitch is the drawer operation itself. The drawers roll very smoothy on ball bearings and the soft closing works great. However, you have to jerk the drawer open which causes your tools to slide around and rattle. I assume most of this would be alleviated with drawer liners, but why can't the opening be just as smooth as the closing? I guess an engineer would have to explain that one. ... show more

I am very happy with this tool chest. Not planning on moving it so will be disconnecting the drawer lock. Made so the drawers will not opened until the lid is opened. This would be useful if you are planning on carrying it around in you vehicle. Drawers open very easily. Great value for the $
