I've had this product before and thought it was discontinued so it has been a favorite. However, when I opened the package, and then the lipstick cover...the lipstick was not in plastic pullup cover! I looked around and looked up into the top cover and lo and behold it was stuck up there. I was able to shake it out and put it back in the holder, but it does not screw up or down because it is not attached to the base any longer.
