3 Arm heavy duty swinging rack for saddle blankets and saddle pads. Swing out design allows to swing both directions. Black enamel coating. Measures 24 inches tall. Each arm is 31 inches long. Sold as a set of 2 racks. Each arm swings independently. New designed solid rod round arms for superior strength and can swing a full 180 degrees.
