We are using Kleenex multi-fold towels which fit the dispenser just fine but the dispenser spring presses the towels to the top with such force that the towels are difficult to dispense. If your hands are dry you can get the towels out in one piece if you pull them carefully. But if your hands are wet... forget about it. The spring either needs to be relaxed or made adjustable. Would not recommend this dispenser. But in fairness, we will try with other paper towels after we use up the 8 million we already bought. ... show more
