I have been back and forth on buying this because it was on such a good sale I thought it was too good to be true. I’ll start by saying that I am pretty good at putting together small furniture items and lately I have struggled with items I’ve purchased on Amazon. Either the instructions are poor or the holes don’t line up or the screws are cheap etc. every piece of this is sturdy well crafted wood. Not only did they put together all the parts and pieces in a way that made unpacking easy they even included a mini Phillips with gloves to help with those of us with sensitive hands. All of the instructions made sense like they weren’t written by AI and it included photos. It’s light weight but I even tried shaking it to test it to make sure it doesn’t topple and it didn’t budge. My daughter sat in there while I prepped dinner and made cookies and home made bread and didn’t cry the whole time. Life saver ... show more

The product was just as pictured, easy to build just need a Allen key that doesn’t not come with , my daughter loves it and the bar that you slide in and out is very secure when she’s in it, I got this because when I’m cooking my daughter would cry unless she could see what I was doing so now she has a front row seat. The company reached out to me a few days ago for no reason out of the blue just to make sure I got my package without damage which I thought was amazing and so very sweet to do and how caring is that?? Neve has that happened to me before and I appreciated it so much especially being that it was some thing for my child. 10/10 ... show more

Assembly went, for the most part, flawlessly. We had one issue where one of the "C" bolts was extremely difficult to tighten down, probably just due to the quality of the hardware. But using a 2nd Allen wrench, we were able to tighten it down. Everything lined up well - it's about what you would expect from flat boxed furniture. It's important to read the entire step in the directions before performing that step. If you want high quality, go for one of the $200+ units. As far as sturdiness as some reviews have stated, it's okay. Like anything else your kid uses, you need to supervise them on this. It's twice as tall as wide, and such, can tip over if pull on the right way. It has about the same stability as a dining room chair. Looks like most of these toddler towers share the same footprint, so I don't think thats a specific issue with this unit. Overall, we are happy with it. My kid will probably only use it for a couple of years before she outgrows it. So can't see spending a lot of money on one of these - this one was a good price. ... show more

My toddler loves this thing. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t tip over easily. She can easily climb in and out of it. It can be a little slippery if she’s not wearing grippy socks, but the second bar adds a level of protection from her falling off of it. It’s easy to clean (I use steel wool). I ordered two of these for my twin 2 year olds. Came with easy to follow directions, still messed up but that was on my end. Not like the most sturdy thing but my twins are tall so they can easily crawl out of these onto a table so I wish I ordered a year ago. But the pieces weren’t all completely matching but it seems good enough and my second one didn’t come with all the pieces but they shipped me the missing piece at no cost. ... show more
