  • Durable
Color: Matte Black/Grey Blue Mirrored Polarized... Size: 62 mm
Got these for my husband when they were on sale for $125 and he loves them. They fit very snug behind the ears, which I would not be a fan of but he loves. He does construction and likes that they don't fall off his face as he is looking down. We have only had them 2 weeks so far, but they haven't gotten any scratches or scuffs yet, in his line of work that says a lot. The polarization works well for him working outside all day. He had a comparable pair of Oakleys which also cost about $250 at regular price and these are hands down much higher quality and worth the price simply for the scratch resistance. The oakleys only lasted about 3 months before they were so scratched he could barely see out of them. Only time will tell, but I already expect these to last much longer. ... show more

  • Great glasses
Color: White/Grey Blue Mirrored Polarized-580g Size: 62 mm
They are a little heavier than my other pair of Coatas but I knew they were going to be because I wanted the glass lense in these. To me they don't seem that much heavier than the plastic lenses but I can tell the difference..wouldn't change a thing with them. The fit is Great and I think I look really good in them compared to other sunglasses I bought. I know people complain about the prices of the Costas but you definitely get what you pay for. I've bought other name brand sunglasses "not top of the line but known brands" for less than 100.00 which is still a good amount of money to be not completely satisfied which is just wasting money so why buy something if it doesn't make you 100 percent happy. Well I am more than 100 percent happy with these Costas probably the best pair of Cosatas I've purchased and I got a great price on them (thank you Amazon and the Vendor). I constantly keep checking the prices at Amazon and every once in a while they've got more than a great deal on the sunglasses and you just gotta say "I've gotta get them" and then explain to your wife why you've bought ANOTHER PAIR OF SUNGLASSES...It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission when you are purchasing your 6th pair of sunglasses. ... show more

  • Totally legit
Color: Matte Black/Grey Blue Mirrored Polarized... Size: 62 mm
So I picked these up on Amazon prime day for $132.00. I’ve always wanted these and actually tried them on at a Costa retailer, but the original price of $279 had made me wait so I couldn’t say no to this. I decided to do the try before you buy because I wasn’t 100% sure that they were authentic and other members of my family own Costas and bought them from the retailer direct said they would know as soon as they saw them. Me on the other hand trust no one and know how good people are at counterfeiting, and there are very small details that can be left out or distorted that identify the item as fake. The packaging it arrived in, was clearly marked and looked how it should. It came with the warranty card written in like 30 different languages a thank you card,Costa sticker and blue cleaning cloth. So far it looked pretty good, but I was still skeptical. I went on. YouTube did some research, read reviews and went to the actual website to compare what I received. Authentic Costas will have 580P for the polycarbonate lenses in 580 for the glass engraved at the top left corner of the glasses in the left lens. There should be four raised Cs on the tail of the earpiece to keep them from slipping off. The word costa should be in raised letters on the right inside arm along with Tuna Alley. The patent number, model., and size information will also be printed in a string of numbers on the left arm of the glasses Mine had all of this. But still not 100% convinced I called Costa directly to verify that these were authentic and Costa confirmed that they most definitely are. Some models will say made in Italy, like mine does on the right arm next to the race coaster insignia. She told me that some of them do actually have that as the company was purchased in 2014 by a French company called Essilor that merged with an Italian company called Luxottica in 2018. (so if you see made in Italy on your pear, don’t worry it’s been confirmed that that is legitimate, as some assembly is done there, but the frames and lenses are manufactured in the United States) They’re have been questions about the warranty not being valid or limited, but she assured me that if they are an authentic pair of coasters, then it does not matter where they were purchased, and the warranty is in effect for them, which is a limited two year warranty for manufacturer defects if they were purchased after 2018. The warranty for all of their products no matter where purchased (again, as long as they are authentic)does not cover wear and tear or scratched lenses. If the glasses are deemed to have been damaged due to faulty manufacturing they will be exchanged free of charge. I am very pleased, knowing that this purchase was not only a great deal, but an authentic product. Customer service at Costa was very helpful and thanked me for purchasing them even though I didn’t get it direct I took these out on the water yesterday to try them out and I could see, the pin fish stealing my bait. That’s a first because all the time I thought I was just getting bites and missing them. Lol I hope this long winded review helps an answered questions that I know many of you had! ... show more
