These shoes are sized in mm which wouldn't be a problem if they sent the correct ones out. At first I thought they maybe used US Women's sizes but I'm not sure what's going on at this point. I ordered a pair of US 13 (300mm) and received a pair of 290mm. I then ordered a pair of US 15 (314mm) and received a pair of 300mm. Furthermore, the shoes I received were used with visible wear on the heels. They also did not include the appropriate sleeves or paper protection inside the shoe box.
