These bags do not have a sticky side. Both sides are super slick. Would be fine for little kids to mess around with, but definitely not for anyone who expects bags to perform. These are VERY nice corn hole bags!!! They are made with a durable material and the colors on the bags are really nice! These are regulation size and they are filled. They did not come empty - so you don't need to fill them. I put the measuring tape next to the bags in the packaging bag laying flat to help you with the size of these bags. I also included a photo of the back side of the bags as well. I highly recommend these bags. These bags are pretty slippery and will definitely change how you throw over typical ACA bags. We play a lot of cornhole and most of our regular players love the way they look but hate the way the hit the board and just zip right off the end if they aren’t dive bombed.
