I own four vehicles that I love to keep nicely detailed. Needless to say that keeping all four (all daily driver) polished and waxed is quite a chore. I own a semi-decent random orbital polisher but it is frustrating to used because the power cord always gets in the way. I tried out this cordless polisher from ZhiehiusL and I have to say that I am impressed. It is not all great though. Here are the pros and cons of my experience with the polisher so far. PROS - Powerful! Has multiple speeds but even the slowest is plenty fast. This makes short work of any polishing job. - I is a true random orbital. In other words you do not have to worry about creating circular swirl marks. Clay your car first and then keep your pads clean as you polish and you will do no damage to the paint. - Batteries lasted great. I was able to do multiple passes on a vehicle on one battery charge. The kit comes with two batteries, so you should have plenty of power for any job. - Great ergonomics! The polisher feels hefty but balanced. It feels just right in your hand. Much nicer to hold and to use than a PorterCable. - The kit comes with several pads, a case and even 2000 grit sandpaper. Technically, it is all you need, but you will want better quality pads. All the pads have the same abrasion. - Backing plate is included and is quality. The hook and loop is quality and works great. CONS - It comes with cheap pads. They will work but you will have a much better experience with some Lake County pads. Even Adam’s or Meguiar pads are better than these. - Cheap and thin carrying bag. CONCLUSION Buy this kit for the polisher and the backing plate. Everything else, including the one microfiber towel in the kit, is cheap. Still, for the price this is a pretty great “made in China” random orbital polisher. I am glad to own it. If you have never detailed your car with a machine before, then this kit will give you everything you need but the polish. As you gain more experience you will want better pads. ... show more

The tool body feels sturdy, is easy to grip, and has a comfortable weight. Its profile and feel during use are both very similar to my Black & Decker orbit sander. I especially like the large size of the additional hand grip. I love that this came with two 21V PowerShare compatible batteries. My leaf blower uses the same batteries, so I already had one all charged up and ready to go. Additional higher capacity batteries using this standard are easy to find and, in my experience, have a longer useful life than the smaller ones that come bundled with tools. I like the assortment of bundled accessories with this tool. I wish the bag had an additional pocket or divider, but it's plenty large to accommodate the tool and everything else. The only thing missing to get started is some wax or polish. Overall, it's a good tool and its battery compatibility should contribute to it having a long useful life. ... show more

My husband has several polishers for the vehicles, some have cords, all are too heavy so I don't use any of them. This one is just perfect for me. Not too heavy. No cord! It has several different speeds depending on what you're trying to do with it, clean, polish, etc. Charge lasts long enough to get the whole job done, and in that rare case where it takes longer than an hour and a half, you even get a second back up battery, I use it to shine the fiberglass in the showers, and the countertops. And, of course, once in a while, I even use it on the car :- ) ... show more

Easy to use, sure. But man... the quality of this is scary bad. It's almost all plastic, which makes me worried for the durability of using this multiple times. First time went ok, but you could tell the buffer disc wanted to fall off, which I am concerned about. I'll keep testing over the next couple of months but it's not looking too hot right now,. ... show more

A nice powerful buffer for car and boat cleaning and maintenance. The buffer comes with everything needed to buff the paint and make it shine. The buffer has an orbital motion the that will make easy work of buffing wax off. The battery is enough to buff a car and the buffer is powerful enough to do the job. The only thing to consider is this isn’t quite as powerful as a corded bufffer but is still plenty strong. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate a cordless waxer/buffer/polisher until I received the ZhiehiusL cordless buffer. I have waxed/polished a lot of vehicles in my lifetime always using a corded unit so this cordless unit is a godsend. What I like; 1. Two batteries include so enough juice to do a complete job. 2. Six speeds to accommodate any waxing/buffing/polishing/sanding job. 3. Numerous pads included so no additional items to purchase before using. 4. Lightweight, quiet and easy to use. 5. Competitively priced. 6. Includes a nice carrying case that holds everything. Dislikes; 1. Directions are not very good. For example, Directions mention there are multiple lights either flashing or on while charging. In reality there is only one light that is red when charging and green when charged. The light is not on the battery but on the charger that plugs into a 110 socket. 2. It's nice that numerous pads are included but not sure what some of them should be used for. 3. Unsure which aftermarket pads are compatible with this unit. 4. Need to be careful not to let the end of the handle hit the car while using. There are definitely more positives than negatives when it comes to the ZhiehiusL buffer. The dislikes I mentioned are easily overlooked, and minimal, once you start using it because it is easy to use and worked flawlessly for me. I would definitely recommend the ZhiehiusL buffer and I hope this review was helpful. ... show more
