Dear Tymo, Having tried many similar hair curling products in my life, I think you have the best potential product. The curls last A LONG time! However, I only used it TWICE because the item I bought has major flaws which prevent me from using it. 1. There is no way to alternate the temperature levels even if the prospect mentions a temperature button that offers 3 temperature level options. It doesn’t work. 2. Due to 1) a smoke comes out when I try to curl the hair and burns the ends 3. The battery runs out pretty fast. Moreover, I tried to use it yesterday for the 3rd time only to discover that the handle starts heats as well. If you have any solutions, please let me know. I love this product. My hair never gets tangled and it is so quick and easy to use. The battery life is the only thing I don’t love. It dies after 1-2 uses but you can use it while you charge it so I workable

I'm an old school curling iron user from the 80's big hair days... I've tried different irons in my life that didn't work for me, like the glove and wand type and another of this rotating type to no avail. HOWEVER, after a few youtube tutorials, I was able to get this one down! It's great for off grid camping since you can charge it up, plus no cord to tangle and get in the way. As long as you use small sections of hair and have the time to put into it (I have really really long hair!), this is an excellent and easy to use device. I thought this would be so easy and quick when curling my hair but for some reason my hair won’t hold this curl and will be nearly straight again on absolutely no time. Not really straight but not curly either more like a hot mess. Not recommended for my hair at least. I used heat protection with hold and everything so just not sure what the issue is. I purchase this sour 3 months ago and I have only used it a couple times (Probably less than 10 times) I’m not sure if this is normal but the battery won’t last longer than like 20 minutes after I fully charge it. I have not used it for a little while and today I plug it in to charge it and use it and I let charge for like 3 hours I am sure it was charging because the little blue light was on but when I unplugged it and tried to use it was completely dead??
