I purchase this cover June of 22. I loved the tight fit and definitely water proof. I unfortunately not very weather . California sun was too much for it…. Addendum I contact the seller. ***Update: customer service reached out and shipped a replacement cover at no additional cost. I will provide an update as to how it holds up.*** I purchased this cover less than a month ago to cover my patio set. We have had a few showers. The cover would shift, but always kept my cushions protected and dry. The straps to hold the cover in place are not efficiently placed or sufficient to stay put. Last night, we had some bad storms come through again. The cover once again shifted and tore in some spots. I haven't even had this cover for a month! I am very disappointed. ... show more

In the Windy City, it flew away a lot. It was water resistant before it tore at month 6. I used it often to avoid "UV cushion" discoloration. It's about to be winter and has a hole in it when I need it most. Ughh

I got the basic size as my patio furniture set is simple. I measured before buying it, but the corner seams don't match up. It still covers my furniture, though. It just arrived today, so I can't say too much about it. But, it appears to be well made and I expect it to last.
