If you’re a serious gamer, this is definitely the product for you. Now there’s no need to worry about your console overheating from those all-nighter gaming sessions. This Xbox cooling fan and charging station by Luckit works great and looks even better, regardless of your Xbox console type (Series X/S) or orientation — I have my Xbox series X laying horizontally and was happily surprised to find that the display was still easy to read and the cooling function was unaffected. I love that the cooling station’s LED display provides a unique style to my console and gives me real-time updates on both my console’s temperature (which can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit) and the current fan speed (RPM) that increases in response to increasing console temperature. This saves me the hassle of having to walk over and check by hand to make sure my console isn’t getting too hot, which is nice. The color of the station’s LEDs also changes between green, yellow, and red to further indicate console temperature status (the LED light feature can be disabled, which is a convenient feature to have for when you want the room dark). Most other cooling fans that I’ve seen typically have 1-3 set speeds, are decently noisy, and no active display, so I was very impressed by this product and at the low sound output of the fan (even at high speeds), in particular. Since my console isn’t setup vertically, I can’t utilize the controller/headset stands, however, it’s still a great option to have in case I end up changing things around. I also like that there are 2 conveniently placed charging ports for the 2 rechargeable batteries they included for your controllers — no need to worry about your controller dying mid game anymore. Ok, this is pretty slick. Seems like it works when I am gaming. Doesn't seem to affect the games and they still work perfectly fine. The display does C/F and displays the RPMs of the fan itself. What is nice is the holder for the controller (comes with 2) and also the ability to charge 2 battery packs at the same time on the top which it also comes with 2 batteries for your controllers which is a huge bonus. I got this to help my Xbox during the heat. It does have a temperature reader and the lights get more red as it gets hotter. My Xbox use to turn off due to heat but doesn't anymore. Not sure how much of a difference is making but I'm keeping it on. You can turn off the lights if needed. The temperature can be in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The only gripe is that it doesn't turn off with the console but is ok. The batteries on it are okay. They charge with the fan and last a bit although I just use a long wire when I play. The headset and the controller holder are great. No more headset laying on the table. ... show more

When I received the package I thought it was from Xbox. Very nice packaging and matched the Xbox scheme. The instructions are not that useful but it was pretty easy to set up. I had concerns on which port to connect the power cable in (no diagrams in the manual) but was easy to figure out. You can set the temperature to Celsius or Fahrenheit. What’s nice? Is the color of the LED will change depending on the temperature. So usually during the day, the resting temperature is around 84 to 86° and the LED will be green. At around 90° it starts to turn yellow and turns fully yellow at about 110°. And then the LED will turn start to turn red at around 115 or 120°. it’s nice that the colors scheme kind of let you know the status of your game system. it also comes with two controller batteries which are 1100 mAH. This fan is really impressive! It does a really great job of keeping my system at a good performance temperature. I've never had any issues with overheating, and I've honestly never worried about it with previous systems, but with these newer systems and what the newer games require of them, and not to mention the COST, I take CAUTION where I can. So far, this cooling fan is adding to my peace of mind. It reads the temp in both Celsius and Fahrenheit(this can be set at the touch of a button) and displays the speed of the fan in correlation to the temp. The lights can be turned out if not needed. This fan came with controller holders and 2 rechargeable batteries and it is able to charge them-MAJOR BONUS! Directions say to unplug when not in use, which I do, and which I suggest because leaving it on does still generate energy. I was surprise that it automatically adjusts the speed according to the temperature of the Xbox. It also has a built-in LED display, which looks cool and gamery. I was also surprised at how quiet it is. It’s not loud enough to be distracting while I’m gaming. Good value for the price, too.
