  • a case that almost hits the mark for being perfect
This case i used to build a workstation strictly for work. The primary thing the case needed to accommodate was radiators and you guessed it more radiators. This case delivered on that as well as a digital display smack dab in the front so your hardware monitoring can be done with ease. The biggest surprise of all had to be the master plus software that controls the lighting and iris display (which I personally use to monitor hardware temps). This is the only lighting software that I've come across that doesn't tax your CPU. Hats off to cooler master for this. Honestly all the other companies should come to them in this arena because it is damn near perfect software as far as I am concerned. The build quality and materials used to manufacture this case you will find are very high quality and justify its top tier pricing. There is not one area I can pick out and call flimsy or cheap. Now for the one major con I found with this case. There are absolutely zero knockouts for fill ports or drain ports. I don't know anyone who spends this much money on a case and doesn't plan on a water-cooled build. And I found even after stuffing 3-360mm radiators and 1-280mm radiator in this beast there was plenty of room at both ends of the case to implement this feature. So unfortunately for that reason I can't say this case is perfect. But if you don't mind drilling into a 650-dollar case then more power to you. But all in all, for throwing some scrap pumps I had laying around as well as some scrap pipe I am very happy with its ability to keep everything frosty and for that this case got 5 stars. if I could though I would have given it 4.5 due to the lack of knockouts for draining and filling ports. ... show more

  • This case is a monster
This thing is HUGE. Seriously, though, it makes working inside the case super easy, plenty of space for everything you'll ever need with room to spare. The only downside? The Master Cooler software for managing the RGB is absolute crap-ware. It takes literally minutes to load and be ready to use and then often freaks out. This could be bypassed, depending on your MB by plugging the ARG connections into the MB; however, the ROG Armoury software causes BSOD on Windows 11 leaving it not an option for controlling the ARGB. ... show more

  • It’s the best chasis / case one can buy
This is ‘The Chasis’ of all chasis. There is possibly one other that compares, but not nearly in quality. This is the second largest chasis I have ever installed anything into and there is still plenty of room for more. My last Cooler Master case lasted me 10 years. (It’s still in use, but I sold my entire system). I can’t imagine how this won’t last longer. Typically a tower case will cost maybe $300-350USD; after carefully studying this case compared to one other of my last two choices ; I actually paid a bit over $550USD extra to have it shipped to my location. Most expensive case I’ll have ever bought; but well worth every penny. Arrived very quickly considering my location. ... show more

  • a little bit expensive but it's a great case.

  • Falling Short of Perfection
Built like a tank, spacious, premium. However, there are small things that add up to a disappointing experience. Normally, I wouldn't be so picky about such minor things. But I also don't normally spend $650 on a case. The fit for the seem on the glass panel near the top where the two metal plates meet at the front of the case form an "S" bend and don't join neatly together, causing them to overlap. This has an effect of making it look cheap and poorly manufactured. The grommets inside the case have a tendency to bunch up toward the center of the opening. Instead of them being firmly against the opening, they slide off. Everything in this case is tool-less. Except the main retention screw that you need to remove in order to take off the top panel. The top panel is the lynch pin, permitting access to the the rest of the case by allowing you to remove the side panels. You'd think it would be a retention screw on something this expensive. Not so. Hopefully you don't lose this one important screw that's effectively holding together your entire case. The glass inserts on the front panel of the case are exceptionally dirty, requiring me to use some window cleaner and microfiber cloth to get them to a satisfactory appearance. This is despite the many plastic peel films on each side of the glass inserts. In fact, it made the effect stand out more. Dirty and clean glass clashed, making the foggy glass apparent even from 5ft away, especially when lit. Even though this case is large enough to house an enitre smaller computer within its cavernous interior, it lacked enough width to let me use my noctua NH-D15 with both fans (one raised up due to ram) on the cpu cooler. I was honestly shocked since this case is all about airflow. How could you not let the premier air cooler fit in what is intended to be THE airflow case? All in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Sadly, Cooler Master decided to forgo the final 10% of effort required to polish this case to a masterful product and at this price point, it hurts a lot more. I've seen more attention to detail in cases 1/3rd the price. If it weren't the fact I had already purchased the case now armed with this knowledge, I would have likely gone with the lian li o11 dynamic and saved myself $400. ... show more

  • Case design is good, but the quality is not for this price
Raiser cable fails randomly with 40 series gpu, front bottom led flickers after a month or so. The case layout is good. Room for everything, easy to cool and keep everything organized.
