This is a nice looking Xbox controller charging stand that works as expected. I purchased the Xbox Core Wireless Controller – Carbon Black (ASIN: B08DF248LD) along with this charging stand and they match perfectly with each other. The only, but big, negative is the battery and battery cover. The charging stand is specifically made for ONLY the included battery and battery cover. So you can not use an existing OEM rechargeable battery. Worst of all is that the battery is not available to purchase on its own. So if/when the battery dies, you can not readily purchase a new battery without purchasing an entire charging stand. If the battery issue isn’t a deal breaker for you, I highly recommend purchasing this charging stand along with the matching controller. ... show more

    • nice place to leave a controller and let charge. no cables, no plugs.. just place it in the cradle
just got a new console and i wanted to a clean way to store controllers. these give you a "home" for the controller and charges them at the same time. exactly what i was looking for. its also nice that the series x version comes with battery covers for both versions of controllers. i'm ordering a couple more of these. ... show more

    • Missing parts
The box arrived damage with a store receipt taped to it saying it was missing pieces. Upon opening the box, it was missing the battery rendering it unusable.

    • Faulty product. Zero customer service.
I purchased two of these. One stopped charging my controller (no light, nothing). When I switched the power cords on the two bases, the non-working base began working and the one that was working began not working. Therefore, the power cord on one of the units was faulty. Is this company still in business? I’ve only had them for a couple of months so it is well within the warranty timeframe. I have tried contacting the company several times through their website but have yet to get a response. I was hoping this was an honest company and they would stand behind their products and send me a replacement power cable. No dice. ... show more
