  • Toddler granddaughter is enthralled!
My 22-month-old granddaughter loves this "family". They are soft, different fabrics, and each have a different closure to practice her fine motor skills. She loves to keep the pieces together-because a family always stays together. She plays with them alot despite her abundance of toys! (First child) ... show more

  • Good choice
Did not keep the boys attention too long but I could see it being perfect for a little girl.

  • Sturdy, and cute
Great for our child. Tactile, sturdy construction and good zipper practice.

  • An adorably wonderful purchase!
Our 1.5 year old loves her nesting dolls! She likes to undo all of them, hug them, cuddle them, and then put them back together again. The buttons are a bit too difficult for her at the moment but she just asks for help.

  • Granddaughter loved them!
Granddaughter loved them so much she didn't want to go to preschool. (She also loves preschool)

  • Aspirational, at best
If you are anything like me and my husband and really hate having to play with your kids' toys for them, DO NOT BUY THIS! The concept is super cute, but it's completely unrealistic that it's a toy for toddlers/preschoolers to help them practice fine motor skills. Even the snaps are hard to snap! Let's not even discuss what the heck is going on with the laces that don't even have binders at the ends. It's a shame, because I love the idea of nesting dolls and skill-building toys, and I thought it was super great to have those two things combined. But alas. My husband and I are the only ones who can play with the things, because our little ones find them impossible. ... show more

  • I like some of the dolls dolls more than others
Pros: It is very cute, it has nice textures on the fabric, all of the components work, it seems pretty durable Cons: The string for the tiniest doll has blunt ends that are difficult to thread, the snaps are pretty strong are harder to do than a typical snap, the button one is a elastic loop rather than a regular buttonhole and just seems a little bit more complicated than it needs to be. Overall I do like it. It is very cute and it captured my 2 year-olds attention right away. ... show more

  • Highly disappointed in the bright yellow person.
I was very excited to get theses multicultural dolls. But the second biggest doll is bright yellow. That is not a person color, and is offensive. Also the second biggest one is not a true button and is elastic to go over a button, instead of a button going through a hole. Also the last little one cannot be untied. Finally, for the age range of this product I would expect some detail on the body when the doll is opened, like a shirt or something, not just a solid “skin” color ... show more
