I ordered 2 cases of these Tumblers for staff gifts. When I opened the boxes (16 units) I received 1 metal straw cleaner and 4 sponge cup cleaner. Nothing was said in the description about the number of accessories. as in the 1st picture there's a tumbler, lid, metal straw, straw cleaner and a cup sponge. I assumed each order would receive this set. I see the 2nd picture with 4 straw cleaners ... but I only received 1 for 8 straws. VERY MISLEADING ... show more

I don't write product reviews often, but this mug is seriously the best. I bought it for about $9 which is an absolute steal considering its quality. I prefer this style of lid where it's open for sipping and haven't had any problems with spilling (except when one of my kids knocked it over, but that's a given). It fits into my cupholder perfectly, my metal straw goes through the lid hole no problem, and it really keeps my drinks hot/cold for a long time. I'm a teacher, and with my old mugs I would find my coffee to be ice cold by 2nd period if I didn't finish it fast enough. Now, my tea stays hot until lunch, and if I happen to leave some until 5th or 6th period, it's still warm! Also, the double walled design is one that actually works (unlike other double walled mugs I've had that I can still feel the heat of my tea through). I find 20oz to be the perfect size. I get compliments on my mug at work. I now can't imagine a day without it! ... show more

I bought two of these cups one for myself and one for my husband. They are awesome!! He and I cannot say enough good things about them. I wash by hand (which I believe it says to do in the instructions) and it has held up nicely. It keeps the liquid hot for so long. I can make coffee or tea in the morning and it’s still hot at lunchtime. I don’t use it for cold drinks, but I imagine it is just as good keeping drinks cold. I highly recommend! ... show more

I really think this is a great cup for the price. pros* -looks great -keeps temps for a very long time -solid construction cons* -there's no option to have a closed lid. I knew this when I bought it obviously but I've spilled coffee on stuff more times than I would like to admit.

I ordered the rose gold cup for myself and loved it so much that I ordered the black one for my bf. These cups are great, they keep my tea HOT for hours, which is really impressive. My only complaint is that my bfs black cup came with a completely different lid, (along with a stainless steel straw and straw cleaner) than my rose gold cup. My cup did not come with a straw or straw cleaner. The lid on the rose gold cup is open with no option to close it but the black cup has the option to slide the lid closed. I reached out to the seller about this hoping to order the same lid that came with the black cup, but I received the following error message: Your e-mail(s) to ONEB (7tydltmcr807n17@marketplace.amazon.com) cannot be delivered because there was a problem with the recipient's email system. The recipient can still view the message in their message center on Amazon.com, but they will not receive it by e-mail. We apologize for the inconvenience.
