I’m trying to get ahold of someone because one of the metal pieces of the frame has broke in half. My child is only 6 months old and not even standing yet, we had a friend over that is a year old but he is not strong enough for that to happen. We have only owned this for a few months and have loved it up until now. Is there a way to get a replacement part or a new one? This is a huge safety problem once my child starts to stand. I would give 5 stars because I love this for my son and it’s a safe play place for him but within two days of putting it to use, it ripped right above the zipper and now there’s a big hole in it. Also, I tried to get a replacement part for one of the bars because the bar is cracked and bent and it’s extremely unstable for my son, but I’m unable to get a hold of the company to request replacement parts ... show more

This playpen has been pretty decent. It offers our son a large play area that we can set him in without worrying about where he may go. However, there are a couple of complaints. The “poles” which comprise the structure are so thin, that I mistakenly put a slight amount of weight on one, one afternoon, and it immediately bent significantly. Also, the poles are covered in foam, which is nice so it’s softer for children, however the corners where the poles meet one another are only secured with Velcro, which allows our son to lift and expose the foam covering the pole. This is a concern as he’s recently developed teeth, and we obviously don’t want him ingesting cheap foam. This should have been made to be secured with snaps, not Velcro. Big oversight in the design. Not bad, but consider these issues when deciding on a playpen. ... show more
