This Seller took a extremely long time to deliver this product. After waiting so long for it to arrive the pump would not work so I unscrewed the cap and found that the bottle was 1/2 empty. Not expecting for this expensive Color Wow product to be defective or lacking in product, I opened it and did not save the shipping box that it arrived in. I will attempt to return. I was able to return the product and a tried a replacement product. The replacement product arrived within a reasonable time and the pump worked just fine and the bottle was not half empty. This hair thickener is a little pricey but you only use a small amount each time so it should last long. Works well to make my hair feel thicker.

While the product does provide body to my hair, it in no way does what is represented in the videos found on Pinterest , where i discovered WOW. You can get the same results for much cheaper with drug store hair mouse. Save yourself the money and go to Walmart.

I love it. It makes my hair look fuller. The only thing I did not care for is the pump does not work. So I just pour it in my hands. But even with the pump not working I still will purchase it again.
