Just used it today for the first time. I have neuropathy extremely bad and the 6 massaging pads have 4 glass balls in each one which afford a great massage. I set the water at 105 degrees, you can set the temperature any where you want. The remote control handles water temperature, how the massagers work ( 3 different settings ) and the bubbles. It is roomy, durable, collapsible and not really noisy. The performance is amazing. It has a full cover for when not in use and a stem to make sure the foot cover stays in place. I dry mine after each use. I use 16 cups of water for each use. Easy to keep clean and can be collapsed after each use. It also has a handle for easy carrying. My is medium grey and white. After doing hours of research on the various foot spas, including reading many reviews and watching a lot of videos, I finally decided to purchase the Costway foot spa. It comes with a basket for herbs I thought was terrific. It had been a toss up between the Hospan and Costway (each having good reviews). The following day after receiving and using the Costway I decided to gift the Hospan "contender" to a distant friend to experience the benefits of a foot spa. I ordered the Hospan for them but forgot to change the address appropriately so it instead was delivered to me.. (likely a Freudian slip) but I immediately ordered one for that friend making sure the address was correctly changed this time. So now we have 2, which is fine so we can foot spa as a couple. 😉 These are very different foot spas though. My feet are still 'buzzing' 1/2 an hour after the Hospan foot bath with the Shiatsu rollers being quite strong and effective! The bubbles feature initially underwhelmed me being such a light stream of them.. They must've been enough, however, since my feet feel very well stimulated after the bath which lasted about 15 minutes. I love the remote control which makes it so easy to increase/decrease the temp or change any setting easily without needing to lean down to the unit to do so. I took off one star due to what I found to be a bit of a compact experience, however. The Hospan does not have the internal space that the Costway does. I wear a size 10 in ladies shoes & felt as though my feet seemed a tad large for the unit. The rollers on the Costway unit hit my feet perfectly with the rollers on the Hospan missing the marks in a way which mattered somewhat comfortwise during the bath. I also felt like my toes were too close to the front of the unit & thought it would possibly accommodate a smaller foot better. Genuinely, the bottom line is this: My feet feel absolutly fabulous after the Hospan foot bath!! I can tell it really did nice things to my circulation and left my feet feeling well & tingling. The Costway was a roomy experience and felt very nice during the bath but didn't provide that nice buzzing feeling afterward that let me know how well of a circulatory boost I got with the Hospan. They're each winners in different ways and I'm happy for my slip up in accidentally sending an extra foot bath to my own address. Guess I won't be getting a new pair of hiking boots with the expense of the 3 foot baths.. Still, it's good to share in this experience with others.. I tend to have dry, rough skin on the bottoms of my feet and usually apply lotion daily. Due to recent back surgery I'm unable to bend to apply the lotion as often as my feet need it so I bought the HOSPAN Foot Spa along with Hospan foot bombs made with oils. This is, without a doubt, the best thing I have ever done for my feet. I no longer have to apply lotion every night before bed. I soak my feet in the spa, along with a foot bomb, and they stay soft and no longer feel dry or rough. This is almost as good as what I got at the foot spa place. The only things missing were the foot massages, the rollers do give some massage but not like they give at the spa, and the hot wax, which I really didn't like anyway. I got the more expensive foot spa because of the extra massage rollers but I'm not so sure they really do more than the less expensive foot spa's, I have to keep moving my feet around so all areas of my feet get massaged. The pedicure was around $50 and the HOSPAN was about $70. It paid for itself, and the foot bombs, after just 2 uses plus there isn't any worries about athletes foot. They cleaned the foot spa after they used it on me, but I'm not sure it would have been good enough if someone with athletes foot had used it just before me. With your own foot spa you don't need to worry, just relax and soak for as long as you like. The heater keeps the water very warm, I usually have to turn the heater down to prevent the water from getting to hot. I highly recommend the Hospan foot spa along with the Hospan foot bombs. There are only 12 of them but to me are more than worth the price. I bought a box of the smaller foot bombs, 16 in a box, but they don't seem to have enough oil in them to keep my feet happy until the next spa. I started out using it every day but now only use it 3-4 times a week. Even though the foot bombs have oils in them they do not make your feet feel oily or slippery. ... show more

Wow. i’m impressed. i was a bit worried and didn’t think this spa would live up to the professionals, but i was wrong! it has powerful massagers and a heating ability that actually gets the water hot, it feels like the real deal. after a long day standing this is exactly what we needed to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. i’m so happy i decided to go with this one, perfect size and so easy to use. would def recommend. ... show more

I love how this compacts down for storage. It came with 2 remotes and they work perfectly! It heats the water nice. I wish the massage features spun in both directions. The center support flips up when I bump it but that's more user error I think. But I love it and I'm so glad I went with this one verse all the others on the market! ... show more
